Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

You will see the delivery period every time you look into your cart but also at the check-out. It is calculated depending on your location.

It takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  
EU: 4-11 days depending on the country
US and Australia: 11-15 days
UK: 6-9 days

Please note:
Together with our production partner Printful we will ensure that your items are delivered as quickly as possible to your address, but at the same time will also ensure that no one needs to work in unhealthy and unsafe conditions to do so. We are not a warehouse production company that promises you "next day delivery" which would mean employees in warehouses would need to work under unacceptable conditions. We believe in protecting people and in the ethics of supply chains, and that sometimes means to wait a couple of days. In addition, all items are printed on demand to reduce overproduction and waste.

To which countries do we ship?

Countries in the EU, USA, UK, Australia, and Ukraine. If you happen to live in a country to which we do not deliver yet we recommend asking someone within our shipping markets to order on your behalf and then send the items to you.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with Printful, an on-demand platform that produces all products in Latvia and also ships from there. 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the EU may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Please note: Package theft is on the rise – If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
